These Terms & Conditions apply to The Brewers Fayre Bonus Club and govern the relationship between Whitbread Group PLC whose registered address is at Whitbread Court, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue Dunstable, Bedfordshire LU5 5XE ("we" or "us") and you, the member of the Brewers Fayre Bonus Club scheme.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully and print a copy for your records. Use of your Brewers Fayre Bonus Club card will constitute your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to close the Brewers Fayre Bonus Club scheme at any time. Members will be given reasonable notice of the closure.

The Brewers Fayre Bonus Club is administered by Blackhawk Network Europe (BHN) on our behalf. By registering for the Service, you authorise us to share your information with BHN to allow them to administer The Brewers Fayre Bonus Club scheme on our behalf. Further details of how we process your information is described in the section 'Data Protection and Privacy' below.

The Bonus Club card enables you to collect points on qualifying food and drink purchases in participating Brewers Fayre pub restaurants and to redeem those points at participating Brewers Fayre pub restaurants. Any points obtained or used outside of these Terms & Conditions will be invalid and cannot be redeemed.

You may lose your collected points and/or have your right to collect and/or redeem points suspended (i) if you are in breach of these Terms & Conditions, (ii) if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us or your Bonus Club membership, or (iii) if you supply false or misleading information.

About You And Your Card

Cards are available at participating Brewers Fayre pub restaurants. You must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK to join Brewers Fayre Bonus Club.

Your Bonus Club card is issued by us, remains our property and can be registered in your name only. You cannot transfer your Bonus Club card, or any stored points on it, to any other person.

You will need to register your Bonus Club card online at the Bonus Club website to activate your account. You will need to enter your email address and create a secure password to access your membership details and Bonus Club services on the Brewers Fayre Bonus Club website. Your sign in details and password are confidential information that will not be shared or sent to any third parties except as described in these Terms and Conditions and in the scheme's Privacy Policy.

Please keep your sign in and password secure. If you believe someone else has access to, or is using, your sign in and/or password, you must tell us and create new login details on the Bonus Club website by updating your membership details at the Bonus Club website. It is your responsibility to keep your details up to date.

You can use your Bonus Club card at any participating Brewers Fayre pub restaurant. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card; and may not be used for commercial purposes.

Collecting Points

You can start collecting points as soon as you pick up your card and present it when you make your first purchase. Every time you present your card with payment you will be able to collect points on your qualifying food and drink purchases - five points for each complete pound spent on qualifying food and drink purchases (not including the value of any discounts, vouchers or tips). Food and drink purchases which qualify for Bonus Club points can change from time to time, so please check with a member of staff before making a purchase if you are unsure whether your purchase will qualify.

Bonus points awarded may expire in accordance with the applicable rules for the relevant promotion. The 250 free points we offer for registering your card online are such a promotional offer, and expire after 90 days if your card has not been swiped in a Brewers Fayre pub restaurant within that time.

If you forget your Bonus Club card when you visit a Brewers Fayre pub restaurant, you can add your points as long as you have your receipt and claim within 28 days of your visit. Click here to login and follow the "Forgotten Card" link. It may take up to 48 hours for your points to show on your account.

Please allow 48 hours after the date of your visit before contacting our Customer Support team to add points to your account. This will give our systems time to update to ensure that we can validate your receipt.

It is at the discretion of Whitbread PLC if points are awarded after a transaction has occurred.

You may also be able to earn additional 'bonus points' as part of a promotional offer, competition or other give-away; and these may have a different expiry date or conditions of use. Please check the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion at the time for more details.

Points may take up to 48 hours to be added to your card after the transaction time.

The Bonus Club card can be used at the same time as the Whitbread Privilege Card.

About Points

To use the points you have collected, you must have registered your Bonus Club card online. Points have no cash value, and redeemed points cannot be used again.

Points are personal to you, the card holder, and cannot be combined with points earned by someone else. They cannot be transferred to others or used for commercial purposes.

Points can be redeemed through your online account for vouchers. These vouchers can be used against subsequent qualifying purchases at participating Brewers Fayre pub restaurants; or in any other manner described on Bonus Club website.

Bonus points awarded may expire in accordance with the applicable rules for the relevant promotion.

Points earned on your Brewers Fayre Bonus Club card are not covered by any compensation scheme.

About Vouchers

Each voucher has a value in points; and you must have enough points in your account to cover the voucher of your choice. Vouchers will either be for a cash value (to be spent on your next Brewers Fayre meal) or be for a named product(s). Details of these vouchers and how to swap your points for them are found on Bonus Club website.

To spend your voucher, you will need to present it when you ask for your bill - either as a printed copy or on screen using your mobile device. Vouchers must not be reproduced, copied or modified in any way.

Vouchers are valid for 6 weeks, unless stated otherwise. We will inform you of any specific or additional conditions relating to using vouchers, usually on the voucher itself, or on the Bonus Club website.

Cash value vouchers cannot be redeemed for drinks-only purchases and food must be purchased from our menu.

Vouchers must be presented at the point of payment with your Bonus Club card for discounts or offers to be valid. No change can be given from vouchers.

Where a voucher relates to a particular product, we reserve the right to substitute an alternative item if it is unavailable with another of equivalent or higher value.

No cash alternative is available and the decision of the restaurant manager is final.

Once you swap your points for a voucher, the value will be taken off your Bonus Club balance. You can access your created vouchers at any time through using the 'My Vouchers' section on the website.

Expiry And Cancellation

Your Bonus Club card does not have an expiry date. Points are valid for a period of 12 months from the date they are collected, and we reserve the right to remove any points from your Bonus Club card if it has not been used for 12 months. Expired points cannot be redeemed, transferred to a new card or reinstated.

You can cancel your Bonus Club membership at any time. You can return your card to our Customer Contact Team, or let us know by email or phone using the contact details set out in the section 'Customer Services' (below). If you cancel your Bonus Club membership you will lose any unused points (and they cannot be transferred to anyone else).

Loss, Theft Or Damage

If you lose your Bonus Club Card, collect a new one from your nearest Brewers Fayre. Then go to the Bonus Club website and sign in as usual, go to 'Your details' and register the new card under your name. This way you get to keep and use any points you had already collected, and you can carry on using the new card in future.

Data Protection And Privacy

When you register your Bonus Club card on the Brewers Fayre Bonus Club website, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your email address, telephone number, name, address, date of birth and information about your household. Any information which is marked as essential must be provided in order for us to manage your membership.

We collect the details provided by you on registration, and the information we learn about you from your use of Bonus Club and your visits to our restaurants. We also collect information about the transactions you undertake. We may also collect additional information in connection with your participation in any promotions or competitions offered by us and information you provide when giving us feedback or completing profile forms.

We will use the information recorded through the use of your Bonus Club card to help us improve our service to you and to make our communications more relevant.

We are committed to maintaining the security of your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is kept secure against unauthorised access, loss, disclosure or destruction.

Bonus Club is administered by Hawk Incentives on our behalf. By registering your membership, you authorise us to share your information with Hawk Incentives to allow them to administer Bonus Club scheme on our behalf.

The Bonus Club Privacy Policy will apply whenever you provide us with personal information. This is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

Except as required by law, or in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the Bonus Club Privacy Policy, your personal information will not be passed to any other persons without your permission. By accepting the Terms & Conditions of Bonus Club you are giving permission for us to contact you about the scheme and its benefits by email, post or mobile phone.

We will contact you from time to time in relation to Bonus Club, using the preferences you provided when you registered your Bonus Club card.

If you wish to change your contact permissions, once your account is activated, you can do so by contacting our Customer Services team here.

Liability Of Whitbread Group PLC

Whitbread Group PLC shall not be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, failure of network services and/or failure of data processing systems. Whitbread Group PLC shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by you as a consequence of your participation in the Brewers Fayre Bonus Club save where such loss or damage is caused by our fault or negligence. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses howsoever caused. The exclusions and limitations in these Terms & Conditions shall not apply to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Variation

We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these Terms & Conditions from time to time and at any time, or to terminate the Bonus Club programme on reasonable notice.

Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be available on the Bonus Club website and may also be sent to you by email or post. You should also revisit this page from time to time to check whether there have been any amendments to these Terms & Conditions.

The Terms & Conditions applicable to the use of a Bonus Club card will always be the version currently published on this Brewers Fayre website. Your continued use of a Bonus Club card shall constitute your acceptance of the current version of these Terms & Conditions.

Assignment

We may transfer the benefit of these Terms & Conditions to any other company in the same group of companies as Whitbread Group PLC. If we assign the benefit of these Terms & Conditions, your rights will not be affected.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.

Free Activation Points

  • 1. The free activation points offer is rewarded to customers upon registering their Brewers Fayre Bonus Club account at www.brewersfayrebonusclub.co.uk.
  • 2. Points are credited upon registration of the Brewers Fayre Bonus Club account.
  • 3. Points are provided as a complimentary credit for new members.
  • 4. Members must register their account with a valid Brewers Fayre Bonus Club card.
  • 5. The free activation points offer is valid on a per account basis. Points will not be awarded for additional cards registered on accounts.
  • 6. The bonus activation points awarded may be removed if no further points are earned from a valid transaction at a Brewers Fayre pub restaurant within 90 days after bonus points are credited to your account.
  • 7. Points are not transferable between accounts and can be redeemed as described in the terms and conditions.
