These Terms & Conditions apply to the Bonus Club and govern the relationship between Whitbread Group PLC whose registered address is at Whitbread Court, Houghton Hall Business Park, Porz Avenue Dunstable, Bedfordshire LU5 5XE ("we" or "us") and you, the member of the Bonus Club.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By using your Bonus Club card (being your existing restaurant loyalty scheme card), you accept these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to close the Bonus Club at any time. Members will be given reasonable notice of any closure.

The Bonus Club is administered by Blackhawk Network EMEA Limited (BHN). By registering for the Service, you have authorised us to share your information with BHN to allow them to administer the Bonus Club on our behalf. The Bonus Club enables you to collect points on qualifying food and drink purchases in participating Brewers Fayre restaurants, as well as Beefeater, Table Table, Cookhouse + Pub, Whitbread Inns, and Bar + Block restaurants (“Whitbread Group restaurants”) and to redeem those points at participating Whitbread Group restaurants. The Bonus Club card can not be used in a Premier Inn Restaurant.

Any points obtained or used outside of these Terms & Conditions will be invalid and cannot be redeemed.


We are no longer accepting new customer registrations to Bonus Club, however you can still receive offers and news by email when you sign up via our restaurant websites:

You must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK to participate in the Bonus Club scheme.

Replacement cards are available for Bonus Club members by contacting guest relations: Include “replacement card” in your request with your name and full address. When you receive your replacement card, simply add it to your account in the 'Your Details' section – you can register up to 5 cards per account. Failure to do so will mean any existing points are not allocated to your new card and will not be available to spend within your rewards balance.

Your Bonus Club card is issued by us and remains our property.


If you lose your Bonus Club Card collect a new one from guest relations following the process above. Then go to the Bonus Club website – and sign in as usual, go to 'Your details' and register the new card under your name. This way you get to keep and use any points you had already collected, and you can carry on using the new card in future.

You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password to access your account. Your login details and password are confidential information that will not be shared or sent to any third parties except as described in these Terms and Conditions and in the scheme's Privacy Policy -

Please ensure you keep your User ID and password secure. If you believe someone else has access to, or is using, your User ID and/or password, you must inform us and change your password on the website.

A Bonus Club card can only be registered in the name of one individual.

If you wish to change any of your registered details or profile information you may update your details at, and visiting the ‘Your Details’ page, and save any changes. Please ensure the ts&cs box remains ticked, and you check if you would like to be opted into emails. Without being opted in, you can not receive offers by email, including your Birthday offer.


You can use your Bonus Club card at any participating Whitbread Group restaurant.

Your Bonus Club card is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. You must not use your Bonus Club card for commercial purposes.

You cannot transfer your Bonus Club card, or any stored points on it, to any other person. You cannot collect points on any purchases other than your own.


You can start collecting points on qualifying food and drink as soon as you present your Bonus Club card at the point of purchase. Every time you present your card with payment you will be able to collect points on your qualifying food and drink purchases. Points are calculated on your total spend and you will earn five points for each complete pound spent on qualifying food and drink purchases, less any discounts, offers, vouchers or gratuities.

There is no maximum number of points that can be collected on a Bonus Club card.

Changes to the scheme from 5th July 2024, allows for you to collect points at any participating Whitbread Restaurant: Brewers Fayre, Beefeater, Table Table, Whitbread Inns, Cookhouse + Pub or Bar + Block.

Food and drink purchases which qualify for points can change from time to time, so please check with a member of staff before making a purchase if you are unsure whether your purchase will qualify.

For points to be awarded to your account at the time of purchase, your Bonus Club card needs to be presented at the time of payment. Points can also be added up to 28 days following your purchase as described in the section 'Card Not Present' below, you must present a valid receipt. Please note, you can not yet add a receipt post a visit from another brand other than Brewers Fayre, this will however soon be available.

Points will be awarded to Bonus Club card presented at point of purchase and the card can only be swiped once per transaction. Please allow up to 48hrs after your visit before you provide details from your receipt. Once entered, please then allow a further 48hrs for your points to be credited to your account.


Bonus points awarded may expire in accordance with the applicable rules for the relevant promotion.

Any bonus points awarded will expire after 12 months.

We'll send you a free meal voucher to celebrate your birthday, every year. You need to remain opted in to emails to receive your offers. You may not use your birthday voucher with any other voucher. You cannot change your date of birth on your account, once it is set.


If you forget your Bonus Club Card when you visit a Whitbread Group restaurant, you can add your points up to 28 days after your visit with a valid receipt by visiting Please allow up to 48hrs after your visit before you provide details from your receipt. Once entered, please then allow a further 48hrs for your points to be credited to your account. Please allow 72 hours after the date of your visit before contacting our Guest Relations team to add points to your account. This will give our systems time to update to ensure that we can validate your receipt.

It is at the discretion of Whitbread PLC if points are awarded after a transaction has occurred.


We may specify in Whitbread Group restaurants from time to time that certain purchases do not qualify for Bonus Club points.


Once you have collected 250 points or more, you can exchange them for reward vouchers, a £2.50 money-off voucher or upgrade to a food and drink voucher by logging in and following the link under 'Spend Points' Points are then redeemed in increments of 500 - £5 for every 500 points, to a maximum of £50 per conversion of points. Your vouchers will appear in your vouchers section or we can email them direct to your inbox. Either print off or present the voucher on your phone when you pay your bill.

Once you swap your points to vouchers, from 5th July 2024, you can enjoy your vouchers in any of our restaurants which includes: Brewers Fayre, Table Table, Cookhouse + Pub, Whitbread Inns, Beefeater, and Bar + Block.

In order to redeem the points you have collected you must have activated your Bonus Club card. Points can only be collected, held and redeemed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any points obtained or used outside of these Terms & Conditions will be invalid and cannot be redeemed. Points have no cash value. Redeemed points cannot be used again.

Points are personal to the individual card holder and cannot be grouped with points earned by another individual and redeemed together. Points cannot be transferred to others or used for commercial purposes. Points cannot be transferred between loyalty cards, however all points will appear in your points section of our account, therefore no points will be lost.

You may lose your collected points and/or have your right to collect and/or redeem points suspended if you (i) are in breach of these Terms & Conditions, (ii) if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or other criminal activities relating to us or your Bonus Club, or (iii) if you supply false or misleading information.

Points can be redeemed through your online account for vouchers. Such vouchers can be used against subsequent purchases at participating Whitbread Group restaurants.

Each voucher or other redemption has a value in points; and you must have sufficient points in your account to cover the redemption of your choice.

Vouchers will either be a for a cash value (to be spent towards your next Whitbread Group restaurant meal) or for named product(s). Details of these vouchers are found here:

Your vouchers can only be used once.

Vouchers must not be reproduced copied or modified in any way.

Vouchers are valid for 6 weeks, unless stated otherwise. The expiry date will be shown on your voucher.

Any specific or additional conditions regarding the redemption of the vouchers will be stated on the Bonus Club website or otherwise notified to you. Cash value vouchers cannot be redeemed for drink only purchases and food must be purchased from our menu. Vouchers must be presented with a membership card for discounts or offers to be applied to your purchase.

Vouchers must be presented at the point of payment. To spend your voucher, you will need to present it when you ask for your bill, either as a printed copy or on screen using your mobile device.

Where a voucher relates to a particular product, we reserve the right to substitute products if they are unavailable for those with an equivalent or higher value. Vouchers are non-transferable. No change can be given from vouchers.

No cash alternative is available and the decision of the restaurant manager is final.

Once you have swapped your points for a voucher, the value in points will be deducted from your available reward balance (whether or not the voucher is redeemed in a Whitbread Group restaurant).

For customers who cannot access their account via Bonus Club website and whose account has been set-up by the Guest Relations Team the following will apply:

No change can be given from vouchers if all the value of the voucher is not spent.

No cash alternative is available and the decision of the restaurant manager is final.

Once you have swapped your points for a voucher, the value in points will be deducted from your available reward balance (whether or not the voucher is redeemed in a restaurant).

Points will be valid for a maximum of 12 months. Vouchers converted from points, are valid for 6 weeks.

If you are opted into marketing emails, you will also receive other offers from us which have a different validity dates, these vouchers can only be used in the Brand they are emailed from. Please see each offer terms and conditions for further details.


Your Bonus Club card does not have an expiry date. However, points are valid for a period of 12 months from the date they are collected. We reserve the right to remove any points from your Bonus Club card if it has been inactive for 12 months. Expired points cannot be transferred to a new card or redeemed or reinstated.

You have the right to cancel your Bonus Club membership at any time by contacting us via our Contact Us form, found here:

If you cancel your Bonus Club membership you will lose the right to redeem all unused points (and they cannot be transferred to anyone else).

Points earned on your Bonus Club are not covered by any compensation scheme.

You may opt out at any time, through the unsubscribe link, found on the footer of any emails you receive from us or online by logging in and following the steps under 'Your Details'. Please also remember this means you will receive your birthday offer by email.


Whitbread Group PLC shall not be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, failure of network services and/or failure of data processing systems. Whitbread Group PLC shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by you as a consequence of your participation in the Bonus Club save where such loss or damage is caused by our fault or negligence. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses howsoever caused. The exclusions and limitations in these Terms and Conditions shall not apply to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.


We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these Terms & Conditions from time to time and at any time, or to terminate the Bonus Club on reasonable notice.

Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be available here and may also be notified to you by other means such as email or post. Accordingly, you should visit this page from time to time to check whether there have been any amendments to these Terms and Conditions.

The Terms & Conditions applicable to the use of a Bonus Club card will at all times be the current version of the Terms & Conditions published on the Whitbread website here and your continued use of Bonus Club card shall constitute your acceptance of the current version of these Terms & Conditions.


We may transfer the benefit of these Terms & Conditions to any other company in the same group of companies as Whitbread Group PLC. If we assign the benefit of these Terms & Conditions, your rights will not be affected.


These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully and print a copy for your records. Use of your Bonus Club card will constitute your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
